Please punctuate the following phrase correctly:

  4. There are many possibilities, some are just more probable than others. For example:

    Tom: where Jim had "had", "had had had had had had had" had had the teacher's approval.

    I'm not sure in what situation a teacher would approve "had had had had had had had," but if we ask Tom, maybe he'll tell us. :)

    (Although I really believe one ought italicize where we have quoted.)
